General Terms and ConditionsFor supplies and services to companies and consumers
This English text is a convenience translation; the German version is legally binding.
§ 1 Scope and definitions
(1) These terms apply to all contracts for supplies and services between Patricia Sarah Potzinger, trading as Potzinger Zukunftslösungen (the provider) and its clients. Client support is provided by Helmut Potzinger. (2) A consumer is any natural person concluding the transaction predominantly for private purposes; an entrepreneur acts in the exercise of a commercial or self-employed activity. (3) Deviating terms of the client do not become part of the contract unless expressly agreed in writing.
§ 2 Contracting party

§ 3 Subject matter and services
(1) The provider delivers services in AI and digitalisation, sustainable cleaning technologies, health and prevention, sales development and orientation on digital future developments. The scope follows from the offer or order confirmation. (2) For services, the provider owes diligent action, not a specific economic outcome. Recommendations do not replace legal, tax or financial advice. (3) The provider may engage suitable third parties.
§ 4 Conclusion of contract
The presentation on the website is not a binding offer. A contract is concluded through an individual offer by the provider and its acceptance by the client, for example in text form by email.
§ 5 Prices and payment
(1) The prices stated in the offer apply, plus statutory VAT. (2) Invoices are payable within 7 days without deduction. (3) Statutory default interest applies in case of delay.
§ 6 Client cooperation
The client provides necessary information, documents and access in good time. Delays caused by missing cooperation are not to the provider's detriment.
§ 7 Dates and deadlines
Dates are binding only if expressly agreed as binding. Force majeure extends deadlines appropriately.
§ 8 Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance and off-premises contracts. This does not apply to entrepreneurs.
Withdrawal instructions
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days: for services from the day the contract is concluded; for sales of goods from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take physical possession of the goods; for several goods ordered together and delivered separately, from the day on which you or the designated third party take possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Patricia Sarah Potzinger, Ackerweg 6, 6840 Götzis, Austria, phone +43 660 3004941, email info@ph-potzinger.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form in § 9, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result. For sales of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You shall send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Services starting during the withdrawal period
If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. The right of withdrawal expires early upon full performance of the service if performance began with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal.
§ 9 Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw, complete this form and return it.
